Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

W.J.R. Healthcare Management LLC provides patient advocacy, healthcare consultation, care coordination support, and after-hours answering services for individuals and medical practices.

These services are designed to assist clients in navigating healthcare systems, improving communication, and supporting administrative healthcare needs.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.


2. Appointments & Bookings

All services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or approved communication methods.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information 
  • Services are not confirmed until required payment or deposit is received. 

3. Consultation Services

Consultations are available via phone or video and are intended to provide guidance, support, and healthcare navigation assistance.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and providing relevant information for effective service delivery.


4. Payment Policy

Payment terms vary depending on the service selected:

  • Consultations require full payment at the time of booking 
  • Packages and ongoing services may require a deposit and/or recurring billing 

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.


5. Deposits & Payment Requirements

A deposit is required for all patient advocacy packages and after-hours answering services.

  • Deposits secure service availability, onboarding, and scheduling 
  • Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost or first billing cycle 
  • Deposits are non-refundable 

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date prior to continuation of services.

W.J.R. Healthcare Management LLC reserves the right to delay, pause, or deny services if payment requirements are not met.


6. Patient Advocacy Services (One-Time  & Ongoing Care)

Patient advocacy services may be purchased as:

One-Time Packages

  • Clients may purchase a single package for a specific need 
  • Full payment (or deposit + remaining balance) must be completed prior to service delivery 

Ongoing Monthly Support (Continous Care) 

  • Clients may enroll in ongoing advocacy services billed on a recurring monthly basis 
  • Monthly services renew automatically unless canceled 

Clients will be informed of their selected service structure at the time of booking.


7. After-Hours Answering Services (Monthly Billing)

All after-hours answering service packages are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Services are billed monthly and renew automatically 
  • A deposit is required to initiate services and will be applied to the first invoice 
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle 

Clients must provide at least 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel services.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time 
  • Additional usage beyond package limits may incur additional charges 
  • Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule consultations.

  • Late cancellations and No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment  

9. Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of W.J.R. Healthcare Management LLC.

If services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or service credit may be offered.


10. Communication & Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.

Response times may vary depending on service demand and after-hours inquiries.


11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information.

Information shared will be used solely for service purposes, handled with discretion, and with reasonable safeguards are in place.


12. Limitation of Liability 

W.J.R. Healthcare Management LLC provides advisory and support services only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Medical decisions or outcomes 
  • Actions of healthcare providers, insurance companies, or third parties 
  • Results based on client decisions 

13. Scope Of Services

Our services include advocacy, administrative support, and guidance.

We do not:

  • Provide clinical care or treatment 
  • Replace licensed healthcare providers 
  • Guarantee specific outcomes 

14. Modification to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


15. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
