Our Experience

W.J.R. Healthcare Management LLC provides professional after-hours answering services and patient advocacy support designed to improve communication between healthcare providers and the patients they serve. Our primary focus is helping medical practices ensure that patient calls are answered professionally when offices are closed, while also offering additional support services that assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs.

The company was founded by Ashley Ruff, a healthcare professional who personally brings over 10 years of experience in the call center industry and four years of experience in the healthcare field. The founder holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. This background provides a strong foundation in patient communication, healthcare operations, and customer service excellence.

Our primary service is providing after-hours answering services for healthcare practices, which includes answering patient calls, documenting messages, routing urgent concerns according to provider protocols, and ensuring that important patient communications are accurately recorded and delivered to the appropriate healthcare staff.

In addition to our answering services, we also offer patient advocacy and healthcare navigation services. These services help individuals and families better understand and manage their healthcare needs through assistance with appointment scheduling, follow-up coordination, healthcare navigation, and insurance-related inquiries.

All services are provided remotely using HIPAA-compliant communication methods to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.

    We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm is the Administrative Office hours. After-Hours Answering Services Hours is Monday-Friday 5:00pm-8:00am.


    Each service includes one complimentary reschedule. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Multiple reschedules may result in cancellation of the session.


    We provide patient advocacy and after-hours answering services. Patient advocacy services include assistance with insurance navigation, medical billing concerns, appointment coordination, and care support. Our after-hours answering services support medical practices by managing patient calls and communication outside of regular business hours.


    Patient advocacy services are designed to support and guide clients through healthcare-related concerns. Services begin with a scheduled session to assess your needs, followed by assistance such as coordinating care, communicating with providers, and handling insurance-related matters. Additional support is provided based on your selected service or package.


    Patient advocacy services require at least 24 hours’ advance booking. Consultations and after-hours answering services require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to allow for proper preparation and scheduling.th providers, and handling insurance-related matters.
